<ul> <li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">MAOIs (e.g., phenelzine, selegiline), serotonin 5-HT₁ receptor agonists (e.g., sumatriptan)</li> <li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Alcohol, Cimetidine, Digoxin, Lithium, Metoprolol, Warfarin, Tramadol, Carbamazepine</li> <li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">TCA and SNRIS drugs</li> </ul>

<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Escitalopram is found in breast milk. Do not breast-feed while taking Escitalopram.</p>

<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Drug is contraindicated in patients with a hypersensitivity to Escitalopram or citalopram</p>

<ul> <li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Generalized anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder in adult over 18 years:10 mg once daily if necessary increased to max 20 mg daily</li> <li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Panic disorder: initially 5 mg once daily increased to 10 mg daily after 7 days. Ax 20 mg daily</li> </ul>
