<ul> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">Concomitant use with potent cytochrome P450 enzyme inhibitors e.g. cimetedine, ketoconazole.</li> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">Concomitant use with medicinal product known to cause QT prolongation e.g. disopyramide, cisapride.</li> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">Concomitant use with sultopride.</li> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">Concomitant use with medicinal products with a narrow theraputic window.</li> </ul>

<ul> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">This drug is for oral use</li> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">This drug should be given in divided dose, three or four times aday.no single dose should exceed 20 mg.</li> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">The recommended starting dose is 15 mg a day, which can be increased in 5 mg increments every 4 to 5 days, to a maximum of 60 mg per day.</li> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">Tablets are to be taken with food.</li> </ul>
