Amoxicillin or clarithromycin- ketoconazole- iron salt- digoxin- warfarin.</li> <li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Drugs interact with Diazepam.</li> </ul>

<ul> <li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Daily treatment with this drug may lead to malabsorption of cyanocobalamin</li> <li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Report any severe diarrhea during or following treatment in combination with amoxicillin and clarithromycin</li> </ul>

<ul> <li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">In GERD disease: 20 or 40 mg once a day for four to eight weeks</li> <li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Risk reduction of NSAID gastric ulcer: 20 or 40 mg once daily for up to 6 months</li> <li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">In combination therapy in duodenal ulcer 40 mg once a day</li> <li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Swallowing whole without crushing, breaking or chewing</li> <li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">At least 1 hour before a meal</li> </ul>
