<ul> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">Patients on long-term treatment with NSAIDs, including Avifenac, should have their <a href=\"http://www.rxlist.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=15738\">hemoglobin</a> or <a href=\"http://www.rxlist.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=3680\">hematocrit</a> checked if they exhibit any signs or symptoms of anemia.</li> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">Patient with coagulation disorders or patients receiving anticoagulants, should be carefully monitored.</li> </ul> <ul> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">Preexisting Asthma</li> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">Cardiovascular effects- Hypertension- CHF</li> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">GI disorder</li> </ul>

<ul> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Diclofenac.</li> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">This drug should not be given to patients who have experienced asthma, <a href=\"http://www.rxlist.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=5919\">urticaria</a>, or allergic-type reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs.</li> </ul>

<ul> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">For the relief of osteoarthritis the recommended dosage is 100-150 mg/day in divided doses</li> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">For the relief of rheumatoid arthritis the recommended dosage is 150-200 mg/day in divided doses</li> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">For treatment of pain or primary dysmenorrhea the recommended dosage is 50 mg t.i.d</li> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">Take this medicine with full glass of water and immediately after meal.</li> </ul>
