<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Desloratadine may cause fatigue and weakness, dry mouth, headache and dizziness.</p>
Drug Interaction{}{}{}
<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Drugs such as cimetidine, fluoxetine, azithromycin, erythromycin, pseudoephedrine, and ketoconazole interfere with drug function.</p>
Lactation{}{}{}
<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Desloratadine is excreted into the milk of nursing mothers.  Therefore, nursing mothers should not feed their infants with their milk in order to prevent any potential harm to the infants.</p>

<ul> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">In patients with renal and or hepatic dysfunction the dosage of Desloratadine is reduced under physician’s supervision.</li> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">Care must be taken when driving or working with machinery that requires concentration.</li> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">Children under 6 months</li> <li style=\"text-align: left;\">Drowsiness caused by Desloratadine is not significant, However, after taking the drug, avoid activities that require caution.</li> </ul>
